Boundary Bay for the birds….

We started our day off with thick fog and ice on the tree outside of our home….

..but later this afternoon the fog cleared, so we drove about half an hour south of the city for a walk around Boundary Bay.  We heard the eagles are plentiful around there, and we’d never been…it was lovely.  And I loved the HUGE flock of sandpipers flying around.  Here are shots from our afternoon….
