Whiskers, bird pond and dusk

I took a very macro shot of Neva this morning, and at lunchtime, I also saw a lovely tabby.  The tabby reminded me of our late kitty Raleigh, who died just over 6 years ago at the age of 16.  I have a really soft spot for tabbies.  I also went for a walk to my favorite bird pond, where there was lots of feathery action, and after work, I walked the long way home to meet Dennis in Olympic Village, where the famous beavers are living.  Here is my day in photos:

The second photo looks like the one I made for the low light prompt 🙂

    The beavers weren’t around?

    Beautiful shot of Neva.

No beavers yesterday. I’ll keep trying! (and will be back in the photo challenges in Feb.)

I really like the photo of the crow creating its own shower. Not easy to capture a crow being vulnerable. Very sweet.

Aw, love the close up of Neva! I’ve been trying to get one of Hannah and Jacob’s puppy, but he moves too fast! 😀
