Yesterday morning, when I was over at my Mom’s house, I went for a walk on the rocky beach at Mt. Douglas Park. Here are a few shots from the walk…..
…random mud art….
…random “owl” (well, I see an owl. 🙂 )
…my Mom’s adorable “neighbors”….
…We went thrifting and found (and didn’t buy) the most jaunty wide brimmed sun hat….
…and saw an album cover that shows what happens if children sing. They grow dis proportionally huge feet, and turn into little figurines.
Then, we went for a drive and photo walk in Beacon Hill Park. The petting zoo pics are through a fence, and strangely enough, my Mom doesn’t seem keen to get a tiny goat herself. LOL!
….and we kept going on the scenic drive on Dallas Rd.
..then, it was time to catch the ferry and come home. On the sailing last night, I saw a beautiful sunset, and an even more beautiful sight….a big pod of orca whales were swimming around us. Gorgeous and so exciting to see!!!!
This morning, Neva was looking adorable, albeit a little lazy before I left for work….
..my walk to work was very colourful this morning….
On my lunchtime walk, I saw some clouds that looked like a dental xray. HA!
I also saw birds, in and out of nests (AWW! Babies!), and some that were a bit nasty to each other.
..these two just walked up beside me and hung out while I was watching the nest from across a little pond…
First orange butterfly of the season….
..a dog cooling off….
..someone left some messages on the seawall…..
And finally, making a wish. And I’m wishing all of you at good Tuesday!
