I was out and about today, but stayed in the neighborhood for my errands so I could get a walk in, and also not worry about parking. My first stop was the annual Ukrainian Holiday Food and Craft Fair. I bought some of the frozen home made perogies that they sell. They are carb-y little pillows of heaven, and they are worth EVERY calorie. (guess what we’re having for dinner… : ) )
This man and his parrot were also in line for perogies. Guess birds like them too.
OMG…I’m SOOOO going to be a copycat! I LOVE this! (saw it tucked under a random windshield wiper) Can’t wait….
Saw these on the way back from the church….
Then, this afternoon I walked to the bank and the grocery store….and took my camera with me…..
Not really sure what the gummy stuff on the tree trunk is…..
Hands seen at the Community Centre I passed by….
Seen in the window of a wine store….
Mushrooms and foliage…..
Not such a straight line….
Why did the seagull cross the path? (but didn’t see a chicken crossing the road)
And on the way back, the squirrel was STILL monopolizing the bird feeder…it was pretty funny….
A little red wagon that has seen better days….
Another squirrel having a feast of a different kind….
Sand sculpting neighbor is back at his art….
Once I was home, I saw this at our feeder, and no matter how many times I see the hummingbirds, I still enjoy watching….
And because I can never post too many photos of Neva. Here she is looking cute. Both at my feet, and in her “think tank” which is what we call her basket beside our fireplace. She goes in there, and before she sleeps, she seems to have a good think. Funny….
Have a lovely Sunday everyone!!
